Update to Statewide Guidance
As California moves further in the Resilience Roadmap, every business should take steps to reduce the risk of COVID-19. Now that the state guidelines have been announced we are moving forward once again with the repipe project. Precautions will be taken, and extra attention to everyone's safety is the top priority.
Aliso Villa's repipe project is expected to take 1 year to complete.Approximately 6-8 weeks before your unit is scheduled to begin, you will receive a letter from Total Property Management alerting you to the date your building is scheduled to begin and that you will be receiving more information via US Mail in the following weeks from AMA Repiping.
Once you receive the packet from AMA please review it carefully and contact them to schedule your in-home walk thru. AMA Project Manager, Joe Verbiesen will be present during the walk-thru and will answer any questions you have related to your specific unit.
