Aliso Villas I HOA meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month or as posted. Meetings may be held virtually or at the Community Clubhouse located at 23021 Via Cereza, Mission Viejo, CA 92691 (check posted agenda). Homeowner open-forum starts at 6:30pm, residents are encouraged to attend. Homeowners only may attend board meetings. Please do not bring tenants or young children due to limited space
The pool is open from 9:00AM– 9:00PM during the summer months. The gate is always to remain locked; the alarm will sound if the door is not properly closed. Pool key-fobs are registered to the homeowner on title through the property management office.
Please note: Key-fobs will only be activated for residents in good standing with the association. In part that means—
Any previously signed waivers with the issuance of the original metal key are no longer valid with the new fob system. A new waiver needs to be completed to receive a key-fob. Lost, stolen, or damaged key-fobs will be deactivated and a new one will be reissued with a $60 deposit.
You many NOT reserve spaces in advance, it is first come basis only. Aliso Villas residents may NOT park in guest parking or they will be towed. Guests staying passed 11PM MUST register and get a confirmation number to place in the FRONT windshield if they are staying later or overnight. Otherwise vehicles will be subject to tow at the owner's expense. To prevent unnecessary tows, always safe list your guests.

In Aliso Villas, we own only the space defined in our CC&R's. Everything else, including patios, decks, and garages (to which owner/residents have exclusive use) is common area property, owned and controlled by the Association. Our rules and regulations help to protect us from unnecessary liability, maintain our beautiful community, preserve property values, and live peaceably side-by-side with each other. Because garages are common area belonging to the HOA, changes to the garage, such as painting, installing tile or any substance to the flooring, adding additional plumbing or electrical, etc. are under the architectural control policy and any modifications must be approved by the board.
Common Area:
All Common Areas, specifically that area which is outside of the front door or outside the patio gate, is a controlled area. No landscaping, decoration (including painting), construction, or alteration of landscaping or buildings is permissible, except as provided for by Aliso Villas Homeowners Association. All owners are requested to submit plans for ANY changes BEFORE attempting to make changes or modifications.
